Film Description

Jodie Foster is a compelling as a woman who is sent into a deep depression after a vicious mugging. Suffering from insomnia, she buys a gun for protection, but soon finds herself straying into vigilante vengeance. A powerful film about the nature of violence and retribution, in which Foster's character acknowledges that she may be becoming no better than the criminals she kills.
