Film Description

In a lovely old castle on a Scottish island lives Madame Sin. She can arrange revolutions, assassinations, and can help to tumble monarchies, but an ex-CIA agent tries to stop this arch criminal from carrying out her next evil plan!

A prime example of the camp spy genre sent up so well by the Austin Powers movies, Madame Sin features award-winning actress Bette Davis as the eponymous criminal mastermind, the power behind a financial empire responsible for some of the greatest crimes in history. She lives in a world of bizarre, futuristic science and weaponry and her next plot is to steal the United States’ latest secret submarine secrets and sell them on to revolutionaries for billions of dollars.

To do this, she needs ex-CIA agent Anthony Lawrence as a pawn in her plan. Abducting Lawrence, she takes him to her private island where she tries to turn him against the CIA by convincing him that they are responsible for the death of his fiancée. Can Lawrence escape Madame Sin’s clutches and thwart her evil plans?
