Taxi was great at the cinema and will transfer well to the small(ish!) screen. Set on the bustling roads of Marcella, the action follows its two leads - one a cab driver without a licence, the other a cop without a clue - as they are forced together to track down a group of German bank robbers, the Mercedes Gang. Awesome action, great characters and a wicked sense of humour all combine to make this an action thriller that's fun not dumb. The French come up with another good one, and the end will surprise and amuse its way into your memory long after it ends. < less
