Film Description

A romantic drama about Amaryllis, a young dancer who travels from her native Puerto Rico to New York in search of a new life after the death of her crippled father, once a great ballet star. On her arrival, with no job and nowhere to live, Amaryllis turns to working in a strip club to make ends meet. When she meets a washed-up poetry professor, a poem of his - Yellow, inspires her to follow her dream of a Broadway dancing job.
