Film Description

Will Ferrell plays to his considerable comic strengths as a racetrack hero whose tenure is threatened when a snooty Frenchman (Sacha Baron Cohen, alias Ali G and Borat) challenges his racing superiority. The targets are easy - NASCAR, with its numbskull racing drivers and heavy sponsorship, is a sitting duck - but no matter. With stars of the caliber of Ferrell and Cohen, this is a very palatable, if forgettable comedy.
