Raise the Titanic

Film Description

When the American military devise a defence system that utilises a rare mineral, they are dismayed to learn that its only source appears to be in the Soviet Union. Then it is discovered that a shipment was exported a long time back - on the Titanic. Plans are soon afoot to salvage the vessel but it seems the Russians are interested too.
