Boots! Boots! DVD, 1934Availability Delivery Returns Policy
MovieMail's ReviewThe tirelessly toothy George Formby hits his stride in this, the first of his increasingly successful music and comedy vehicles. As humble shoeshine boy John Willie, employed at the insufferably posh Cretonian Hotel, he ridicules the management, woos the scullery maid (played by his real-life wife Beryl, before she was banned from the sets), befuddles the upper class clientele and plucks away at his ukelele with the sparkiness of a gifted busker.
