Film Description

Based on John Hadfield's 1959 comic novel, Love On A Branch Line follows the experiences of a civil servant who is sent to dismantle a research unit in a country mansion. He soon finds himself under the spell of the eccentric family, including Lord Flamborough, a double-amputee who lives in a disused train.
