Film Description

Tag is an orphan fox cub, raised with a litter of fox hound puppies due to the kindness of Asher, a professional huntsman. Tag strikes up a friendship with a hound puppy, Merlin, and together they play until, improbably, he is included in the hunting pack. When he is finally cornered, he escapes with a trick that puts his life is in terrible danger.

This touching family film from James Hill (Born Free) showcases beautiful imagery of wildlife and the countryside alongside poignant performances from Eric Porter (The Forsyte Saga), Jeremy Kemp (Z-Cars), Bill Travers (Born Free) and Rachel Roberts (This Sporting Life).
