Film Description

A pairing of Fred Astaire films. In 'Royal Wedding' (Stanley Donen, 1951), he plays one half od a brother and sister dance team invited to perform at Queen Elizabeth II's marriage. Features the unforgettable 'Ceiling' and 'Coat Rack' dance numbers. He is partnered by Jane Powell. In 'Second Chorus' (H.C. Potter, 1940), he rivals a fellow trumpet player in the college band for the affections of the band's new manager, played by Paulette Goddard.
