A bayou-set retread of 'Deliverance' but with more suspense. The setting acts as an analogy for Vietnam, with a shadowy enemy picking off a group of reckless National Guardsmen in the Louisiana swamps. Interesting characters help to create atmosphere, as do the explosive set pieces.
