When bland engaged couple Brad (Barry Bostwick) and Janet (Susan Sarandon) seek shelter after their car breaks down in a storm, they find themselves made welcome in the very weird home of mad scientist Dr Frank N. The film was written by Richard O'Brien, who co-stars as sinister singing butler Riff-Raff, and songs include the immortal 'Time Warp' and 'Sweet Transvestite'.
