Film Description

In the comedy whodunit Lady on a Train, Deanna Durbin plays a woman who witnesses a murder from a train. She immediately reports it to the police. However the police do not believe her and so she decides to investigate herself, enlisting the help of a mystery writer (David Bruce) to help her in her sleuthing.

Durbin's songs include Night and Day and Silent Night.
